Dilly Honey Mustard Dressing Mix
Dilly Honey Mustard Dressing Mix
Sure to be a hit at your next get-together, this is one of those so-good-you-keep-making-it dressings that will have everyone asking for the recipe. Dairy-free yet super creamy, this one hits you with a whole lot of dill flavour, a touch of honey, and a slight tang from apple cider vinegar.
Inspired by the honey dill sauce that is unique to Manitoba, Canada as well as the Keg’s Honey Dill Dressing.
Prep tips:
- Whisk 2 tbsp each of dressing mix, apple cider vinegar, and liquid honey with ⅔ cup mayo. Stir in a splash of dill pickle juice, if desired.
- Drizzle Dilly Honey Mustard over salads and nourish bowls or use it as a dip or sauce for smoked salmon.
- The flavour becomes more “mustard-y” as it sits.
- No sodium in the blend. Inactive nutritional yeast provides umami and a delicious taste without adding salt.
- Contains turmeric, known to be rich in phytonutrients.
- Sweetened with honey for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial agents.
- Each jar makes 6 cups, and each recipe yields approximately 1 cup.
Ingredients: Dill, Garlic, Inactive nutritional yeast, Mustard, Onion, Turmeric.
